Internship Opportunity (4-6 months)

We are delighted to present you an internship opportunity with the corporate department
of TS&P, a boutique law firm specialized in corporate law, financings, tax law (including
VAT and transfer pricing) and investment funds.

Our Corporate / M&A / Finance / Regulatory Team is specialized in a vast range of services
and area. Amongst others, our services encompass:

• Advisory services to alternative asset managers, large corporations, multinational
  groups, family offices and high net worth individuals;
• Transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments, mergers,
  demergers and restructurings, whether national or cross-border;
• Drafting of all kind of agreements, such as shareholders’ agreements, corporate
  funding documentation, management and services agreements and organization of
  board and shareholder meetings;
• Drafting and assisting in the negotiation of complex corporate, financing and
  commercial documentation; and
• Implementation of and support regarding regulatory issues in the area of investment
  funds, as well as accompanying them in their day-to-day transactions.

Qualifications:

You are finishing your Master 2 Program (specialized in civil, corporate, commercial,
finance, tax and/or banking law) and are interested in having a very practical and dynamic
approach into your field of specialization.

You are fluent in both English and German or both English and French (whereby any
additional language or experience will be an asset).
